Poha Laddu





INGREDIENTS

Poha/Aval  -  1 cup
Jaggery  -  according to taste
Coconut grated -  3 tbsp


METHOD

Dry roast poha and coconut together for about 2 minutes.
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and make a coarse mixture. (Can also add chopped nuts and raisins)
Transfer into a bowl  and make small balls.
Enjoy.
