Brinjal Fry





INGREDIENTS

Brinjal  -  10 nos
Onion sliced  -  2 nos
Chilli powder  -  1 tbsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Curry leaves  -  few
Salt  -  as needed


METHOD

Wash and cut the brinjal into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onions and saute well.
Then add the chopped brinjal, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
Mix them well and allow it to cook in low flame.
Cook and fry them until the brinjal gets cooked and mixes well with all the ingredients.
Serve hot with rice.
