Ginger & Fruit with Lemon
INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 3 nos
Apple - 2 nos
Lemon Juice - 1/2 lemon
Fresh ginger - 1 small piece
Honey - 1 spoon.
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Strain it into another container.
Serve chilled.
