Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Low fat milk - 1/2 cup
Low fat plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
Blueberries - 1 cup
Honey - 1 tsp
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve cold.
