INGREDIENTS
Pears - 3 nos
Fresh mint leaves - few
Ginger - 1" piece
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1/4 cup
METHOD
Chop the pears and put them in a blender, add water and blend well.
Add mint leaves, ginger piece, lemon juice and blend it smoothly.
Add honey and blend again and strain it.
Garnish it with mint leaves and serve chilled.
