Apple Yoghurt Smoothie






INGREDIENTS

Apple chopped  -  2 nos
Oats  -   1/2 cup
Low fat yoghurt  -  1 cup
Honey  -  1 tbsp
Almonds  -  4 nos


METHOD

Blend the apple, oats, yoghurt, honey and almonds together into a thick smoothie.
Adjust the consistency of the smoothie by adding adequate yoghurt.
Serve immediately.
