Lemon Oats Porridge






INGREDIENTS

Oats  -  1 cup
Lemon juice  -  2 tbsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Channa dal  -  1/2 tsp
Urad dal  -  1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil


METHOD

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Fry for a minute.
Then add turmeric powder to it and finally add oats and fry for about 3 minutes.
Add little water and cook the oats well.
Then add the lemon juice and required salt.
Serve hot.
