Sprouts Salad


Moong sprouts salad is a very easy as well as healthy salad recipe. Sprouts are nutrition superstars loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.






INGREDIENTS

Moong sprouts  -  1 cup
Onion finely chopped  -  1 small
Carrot finely chopped  -  1 small
Cucumber finely chopped  -  1 nos
Lemon juice  -  1 tsp
Pepper powder  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste

METHOD

Once the Moong sprouts are ready rinse them well in water.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Refrigerate for half hour.
Serve.
