Vegetable Chappati Roll



INGREDIENTS

Chappathi  -  4 nos
Carrot chopped  -  1 nos
Cabbage chopped  -  1/2 cup
Onion chopped  -  1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped  -  1 nos
Cumin seeds  -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Chilli powder  -  1/2 tsp
Coriander powder  -  1/2 tsp
Garam masala  -  1/4 tsp
Chaat masala  -  1/2 tsp
Coriander chopped  -  1 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil


METHOD

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
Then add chopped onion and saute well.
Then add all the vegetables and all the powders and salt and saute well.
Fry for 5 minutes  and cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add chopped coriander and mix well.
Keep the chappati on a plate and put the stuffing in the middle of the chappati.
Roll them.
Serve hot.
