Quinoa Dosa






INGREDIENTS

Quinoa  -  2 cups
Water
Salt

METHOD

Soak quinoa for 1 hour.
Blend the quinoa with little water to dosa batter consistency.

Mix it with enough salt and ferment it for about 2-3 hours.
Heat dosa tawa and make dosa.

Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
